Chestnuts : Roger Descours
Based in the heart of the Ardeche chestnut production, « Roger Descours » cultivate a love for chestnuts since 1975. The best varieties of chestnuts from production in France and Europe have been selected. The chestnuts are then processed in a BRC and IFS factory to offer a premium quality full range of chestnuts and chestnuts preparations and recipes to both foodservice and retail store clients.
- Chestnut purées, chestnut paste and chestnut cream.
- Cooked peeled chestnuts in vaccum packagings or jar for pastry and kitchen chiefs (organic available)
- Cooked and ready to eat chestnuts in resealable bags (100gr or 500gr)
